Dr. Heiko E. Janssen, Managing Director

Dr. Heiko E. Janssen draws on more than 20 years of professional management experience. His passion is dedicated to all management topics, organisational and process design as well as execution and, more generally, the (further) development of people.

Dr. Janssen started his professional career in the automotive industry at BMW headquarters in Munich. Here he gained a deep-seated understanding about the importance of strategy development, process design and project management on the one hand.

On the other hand he was taught essential leadership topics and got a profound impression of the human development. He successfully made use of these skills as Divisional Director for elevator manufacturer Schindler in Switzerland. Here he very successfully implemented the “Mobile Learning Strategy” on a global level. At GS 1, a global organisation that develops and maintains global standards for business communication, he set up the in-house academy and intensively dealt with topics relating to digitisation and innovation management.

Through his year-long operational and practical experience in strategy development, quality management and HR, as well as in sales and service, he is familiar with the dynamics of organizations and combines this ability with analytical thinking and his expertise in implementation. Coupled with a strong enthusiasm for technology and digital change, Dr. Janssen supports clients in newly aligning strategies, introducing new business models and adapting processes accordingly.
